Resort Rules and Regulations

Washers and dryers are located on the second floor, off the lobby, and are free for your use. Laundry soap is available at the front desk. You are responsible for securing your laundry. PLEASE ~ NO SHOES IN THE MACHINES.

Pool towels are located in the closets in the units. You can exchange your towels by calling the Front Desk and leaving your old towels in the laundry basket with the towel exchange form.

You must be 18 years or older to rent available units.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 12 noon.
The lobby hours are 6 AM to midnight, with the doors locking at 10 PM. Access after 10 PM can be gained by using the phone outside of the main entrance. Any check-in's arriving after midnight can contact the resort for our new over night check-in procedures.

One bedroom units have an occupancy limit of 4 people; two bedrooms have an occupancy limit of 6 people. THESE OCCUPANCY NUMBERS INCLUDE BABIES AND SMALL CHILDREN.
Public beach access is within walking distance, only two blocks west of the resort.
Please do not litter or leave items on the property or the beach.
Swimming is prohibited in most areas along the Long Beach Peninsula due to dangerous tidal undercurrents. Please contact Guest Services for further information regarding ocean conditions. Use caution when playing in the surf on the beach.
Pets are not allowed, this includes inside vehicles parked on the premises. Our staff will be happy to recommend area facilities that will accommodate your pet during your stay with us. Service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are permitted.
